To collect a monthly fee, we will first go to the customer's file.
To do so we will click on Customers-> Customers and then choose the customer´s name from the list:
We will then click on the button 'subscriptions' where we will see a list with all the quotas by clicking on the icon of the green bills we will be able to collect the fee and choose the payment method.
