To give a customer access to the web or mobile app, we must first access to:

Customers -> Customers.



Once we have entered the client list, we will press the client icon  that we want to give access to the web or mobile app.



Now we will go to the Additional Information section, and, to the User Access tab:



To give you access, click Register Client on the extranet.


We will ask for an email since it is a must.



If the customer’s email had already been entered when you signed up, you will not ask us and will give the customer access to the web and mobile app directly after we have clicked.


In that case, we will see the following:



We can send the user access information by e-mail, remove the access and see the date of the last access to the web or the mobile application from this same window.
