To recover a client’s password, we must first access to:
Clients -> Clients.
Once we have entered the client list, we will press the icon of the client to which we want to recover the password:
Now we will access the section Additional Information and within the section, we will enter the tab User Access:
Once we have entered, we will press the button . When we click, the following window will open:
From here we can reset a new client password.
