In order to know the degree of occupation of a class of directed activity we will go to the main window, to the Reservation Table, and we will look for some Activity in the calendar.
When we already have the activity we want, we click on it.
The following window will open, where we can see the information about the place, the date and the time.
As shown in the image provided, in the upper right corner we can see the Occupation of the class, the number of the left side of the bar will show the number of participants already pointed in that class and the right side of the barrier will show us The maximum number of participants who can join this class.
