To create the parking fees for garage space we must access:
Customers → General Rates → Rental Parking.
Once we have entered we will see the list of rental quotas of garage spaces that we have created.
If you have not created any, the list will be empty.
To create new parking fees we must click on the icon "NEW" and we will see the following window:
As we can verify, here we must enter the name of the quota, a description, the payment period whether monthly, semi-annual, annual, single or quarterly payment. It is also necessary to indicate if it is desired to collect the first installment with registration, if it is desired to prorate the first installment, if quotas are generated, the expiration of the quotas and the fixed months of quotas expiration. Finally, you must enter the billing data and click Insert once the new quota data is filled in.
