As you well know, the program allows several options when sending a communication to customers, including sending SMS. The program allows sending, but as in the terminals you have to contract data packets.

Here we will show you the parameters that you have to enter in the system for the communication to be completed satisfactorily; we will access from the top menu to:
System-> System configuration
Once there, we must access the communications section and the SMS messaging section:
*Fill in the following fields:
-User name.
-Password.
Sender.
-Now we just need to go to a client’s file and send a test SMS to verify the communication.
