With Matchpoint we can set up which type of notificactions we would like our trainers to receive within their Trainers App.
In order to do so, we can click on:
System --> System Configuration --> Communications --> Notifications Instructor.
Here we can choose to advise our trainers through the app in the following situations:
- One of their classes is confirmed
- One of their classes is cancelled
- Theres is a schedule change for one of their classes
- The instructor of one of their classes is changed
- A reminder of upcoming classes
Once we have changed the settings, we will click on 'Update'.

Once the app is installed on the mobile phone, trainers can acces by introducing the Center Code, the User name and the password. The Center Code can be requested to our support department.
