In order to set the times of use of the tracks, we have to take into account the hours of operation of the center, and then access:
System --> Courts --> Schedule for sports facilities usage
A list of timetables already created ( if any) will open; if you need to create a schedule, we will select NEW:
We will open the following window where we will enter the name and press update to save the changes:
When saving, we will redirect again the previous window, where we will press the edit button of the schedule we have just created:
Then, by dragging, we will indicate the schedule we need.
Where is the schedule used?
Normally when we have different schedules on certain tracks, we create the schedules that will apply on each of them, then after creating the schedules we will apply them on the tracks by accessing :
Then you can see a list of the tracks you have, select the track and within the configuration of the track, you will select the timetable:
