In order to apply a general discount on services we have to go to Customers> Offers and Discounts> Global Discounts.
A window will open in which we must assign the date on which the discount will be valid and Insert.
We enter the discount again with the green button.
Let’s go to "To whom does it apply?" and here we add the condition for which the discount applies:
a particular customer or type of customer, customers belonging to a selected group and so on.
Customers who meet this condition will automatically get the discount applied.
In the part "Discounts", we enter the value of the discount and the type (whether it is a fixed figure or a percentage), and we can choose whether to apply it to all the services we offer or only to one in particular.
