In order to help control the card payments, there is a report in Inf.and Statistics->Clients-> Creedict Card Clientes
Within this report, we can find the card expiry date. This filter allows us to keep track of the cards that are about to expire, and therefore we must ask the customer to enter a new card.
In addition, we have a section in System> System Configuration> Communications >Automatic Emails, in the Financial section, in order that the customer receives an alert:
