We have a new feature, which allows customers to book their private lessons from the web (if they access it from the APP, they will be redirected to the website).
In order for the clients themselves to book their private lessons with our instructors, please use this link ~/classbooking/index.aspx (where the ~ is the URL of the centre).
This link can be inserted in the top menu of the website as a new customised entry in the homepage or in the side menu of the APP (System> System Settings> Web-App> Mobile App).
In order for the clients to be able to choose between the instructors and the classes beforehand, it is necessary to:
1) Create schedules of availability of the instructors and apply them in their file (Programming> Instructor> Schedules).
2) Check that the private lessons have been created correctly (Customers> General Rates> Private lessons). You may review the appropriate tutorial here.
3) Check that the instructors are enabled to give the classes (Programming> Instructors > List of instructors> Capacities) according to their category. You may review the accurate tutorial here.
4) Check the box "visible on the Web" in the private lesson file (Clients>General Rates> Private Lessons) and of the instructor (Programming> Instructors).
