The e-mail communications that we send to our customers can be customised, activated or deactivated from System> System Configuration> Communications> Automated mailings


By default, "standard" texts are sent with customer and booking information.


If you want to customise these messages, you can create your own text or template and then select your template from the dropdown. 


Within the personalised text, you can insert LABELS whose function is to load for each message the details of the customer to whom it is addressed, of the reservation to which it refers, etc etc.
