There are many schools where the payment periods do not match the real payment periods by default that they want to impose.
In each school there is a new section where we can define customised payment periods. Thus we can make due dates with variable dates (15-09 to 31-09, 01-10 to 31-12, ....).
This is especially common in quarterly payments and annual schools, where the periods do not exactly match with the start dates of the schools.
The Personalised Plan according to the payment period can be created from the School file, in Prices and discounts> Personalised Plans. After having previously done the prices (for example, monthly and quarterly prices, if I charge a first monthly instalment and the others quarterly).
When creating the personalised Plan, the Group is chosen, the period (which is selected when the student signs up) and the fees are set up, in order for that in each period it takes one of the previously created prices:
With this example (one monthly installment, one quarterly and then two more monthly installments) at the moment of the student's registration we select the payment period related to the personalised plan and the corresponding instalments will be generated.
